WOMEN'S SUFFRAGE
CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION

A collection of artistic events and installations on the University of Central Arkansas' campus meant to commemorate the struggle of women in their fight for the right to vote and celebrate the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment.

This event took place through virtual and live mediums from August 16, 2020 - November 9, 2020. UCA'S NEVERTHELESS, SHE PERSISTS LIVE PERFORMANCE

Featuring Core Dance, Writeous Poets, and the Transparent Women Project

Nevertheless, She Persists was a collaborative effort between Atlanta-based Core Dance, artist Sharon M. Louden, Little Rock-based Writeous Poets, and UCA student Jillian Gregory.
