ABOUT ME

I am a second-year Costume Production MFA candidate at UNC Chapel Hill. I graduated in May of 2021 from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Theatre. I have previously worked summer stock positions at Arkansas Shakespeare Theatre (2018), Utah Festival Opera and Musical Theatre (2019), Utah Shakespeare Festival (2021-2023), and Colorado Shakespeare Festival.

Within the costume shop setting, I have worked as a stitcher, first hand, draper, and designer. I was the Assistant Costume Shop Manager during my senior year at the University of Central Arkansas.

In the Spring of 2020, I was the recipient of a Student Undergraduate Research Fellowship Grant. This grant funded my research on women's fashion as it pertained to the Women's Suffrage Movement. This research culminated in the Transparent Women Project. From this project, I received a second-place Design and Tech award at the 2021 South Eastern Theatre Conference.

I was the recipient of the Marion A. Smith Award from SETC in 2024.
